Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident choosing Raide.

If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


45-Day Returns

You have 45 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible:

1. Products must be unused and unopened
2. In original packaging
3. With proof of purchase

To start a return, email info@raideskin.se with your order number and the items you wish to return.

Returns must be approved before being sent back.


Satisfaction Guarantee (First Purchase)

Skincare is personal.

If you’re not satisfied with your first purchase, contact us within 45 days. We’ll review your case and work with you to find a fair solution.

Please note: Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. However, for first-time customers, we may offer an alternative solution at our discretion.


Hygiene Policy

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of

1. Opened skincare products
2. Products with broken seals
3. Items without original packaging

This follows EU regulations for sealed hygiene goods.


EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

Products must be unopened and in original condition. The hygiene policy applies.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will of course cover the return shipping.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.


Complaints

Under Swedish consumer law, you have the right to file a complaint for up to 3 years if a product was faulty at the time of delivery.


Disputes

In case of dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
