These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Raide website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility
To place an order, you must:

2. Have permission from a legal guardian
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to:
1. Modify or discontinue products without prior notice
2. Correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability
We strive to ensure all product information is accurate, but minor variations (including packaging or appearance) may occur.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in SEK (unless otherwise stated) and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
Payment must be completed before the order is processed.
5. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases of:
1. Suspected fraud
2. Incorrect pricing
3. Product unavailability
If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 2 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 6–9 business days within the EU.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU)
If you are located within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
The product must be unopened, unused and in original packaging.
Exceptions apply to sealed hygiene products once opened.
8. Returns & Refunds
Our 45-day return policy applies in addition to your legal right of withdrawal.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
9. Complaints
Under Swedish consumer law, you have the right to make a complaint for up to three (3) years if the product was faulty at the time of delivery.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, branding, images, graphics and logos — is the property of Raide and may not be used without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Raide is not liable for:
1. Indirect or consequential damages
2. Delays beyond our control
3. Misuse of products
Our products are cosmetic products and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law.
In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
Consumers within the EU may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
